I bought a paisley dress size 18 from Ethel Austin in Pontypridd on 21-07 along with a pair of white leggings. Number related to dress on receipt 00410016689951 2381119215006900900, receipt number is 1800020024355. Anyway i wore the top that afternoon and within 2 hours of putting it on all the seem down the back had come apart and had freyed i found thid out when a passer by told me my bum was on display. I took the top back to the shop and she was rather rude and had said that i had ripped it even tho it was completely obvious by the way the top had all freyed at the seem that this was not the case. It isn't the point of the money as it was only £5 but i really liked the dress and the attitude on the woman who knew that she was in the wrong was completely uncalled for. I would preferably like another top the same or my money back and a apology for her atitiude and reaction. I really do believe she is in the wrong line of work because as for dealing with customers she was a joke.
