Answering an Internet ad for free phone calls. I ordered a magicjack-plus. The offer made to me by magicjack was: pay $1.00 now and receive your magicjack plus and try it out for 30 daysat no risk.
If you don't want it send it back. If you keep it you will be billed $89.00 for one year's service.
I am wanting to return it. I am not able to install the software. I have only unwrapped one Item. The rest of the equipment is still packaged.
It was difficult finding a phone number to contact magicjack. The magicjack answering machine says, "please hold for the next representive.in addition the answering machine says to visit magicjack.com and click coustomer care. You can then click on get live help to receive help in seconds.
I am on staying on the line right now. I have been holding for the next representive since 2PM Arizona time It is now 2:40PM that is 45 minutes so far. Also I have been on the majickjack.com web site and have clicked customercare and I do not get connected to anything. The web page does not respond.
