I would love to know if anyone else who has paid for the TextGuard service is actually being able to use it.
I throughly read the website, went out and purchased the phones required to use the service they say they provide.
However, after following all of the steps, multiple times, reconfiguring phone, etc. It still does not work at all.
All of the phone numbers listed on the site go straight to an operated mailbox.
Once I inquired about sales through email I did get a response. However, I was told the Technical support person is in India and he only available when we are all asleep here in the US. The online chat for technical support is always offline also.
I have received a few reply emails from technical support however most of the time it is a few days later.
They are blamming the problem on my phone, however I purchased phone they say is compatible and has a picture of it on website.
I was planning on purchasing the corporate edition for my business and purchasing all new phones to use the service, thank heavens I just tried it on my personal phone first before spending thousands of dollars on new phones I only have spilled out money for a new phone for me.
I would like to know who else is using this website, if it worked as instructed, and if you are using a blackberry. I am still trying to have them get this service to work, but I have heard others are having problems also once I recommended the website to them.
