Our company has been calling and complaining about our phone service for over a year now. Alltel never does anything except to tell us to turn our phones off and then turn them back on and that should fix the problem. WRONG!
I have spent countless hours on the phone with this company trying to fix these problems but nothing ever seems to work. We have even went as far as to put a tower on our property so that we could have better service. We have spent several thousands of dollars with Alltel trying to get these phones to work but it is a waste of time.
I talked with yet another person with the technical division today and was told that since we have had the phones over 30 days there is nothing that they can do regarding the "featured" defaults.in other words they are not going to do anything about it. I also asked for a copy of all the complaints that we have made against Alltel and was told to get a warrant for them because they were "inside information".
