I sent 2 of my phones to cashmyphone.com via DHL. We got the confirmation e-mail for our initial order but heard nothing else from them. Months went by, and I finally inquired (via e-mail) as to the extent of our phones. I was told that the phones were never received and that our order could not be completed. I never received my phones back via DHL meaning they were delivered to the address given our their website: 1709 65th Street, Brooklyn, NY 11204.
I have written several times to them, and they only reply that the phones were never received. They cannot provide a customer service number to call so that you may talk to someone personally about any concerns you may have regarding your order. The only way to contact them (conveniently, for them) is via e-mail.
I strongly urge you NOT to use this website/company. Luckily, our order wasn't for that much in cash value, but as one other person said on here about this company... If I can save one person from not using this company and/or website then this will be worth it. My personal advice? Stay away from this company. If your phone is still of value, sell it yourself and DO NOT use this company. You'll never receive any customer service or satisfaction.
