On my AT&T billing, I saw a charge for a service from Online Business Network via PaymentOne Corp. That I did not request. Called. At first, they just cancelled the service. But after pressing them, they would finally credit me back, in THREE billing cycles!!! It's bad enough to have it happen in the first place, but to drag it out like this, is totally unnecessary. Why do they make us take it this far? Is this how to run a business?
