When I first joined disn network, I knew it was a mistake. When they came to install (outside contractor) they wanted to nickel and dime for everything. Then, a month before I finally cancelled there service I never received their monthly bill. When I called them and told them I did not receive their bill, they said they will have to charge me $2.00 per page.
Best yet! When I cancelled their service they said I will receive two boxes to send the recevers back to them. I asked about the dish and they told me to leave it on my home and do not send it back. I just received a bill 3 month after I cancelled for $100.00 for the dish. Of course I called my credit card company and disputed the bill. Then when I called them and told them I will report them to whoever, at that time they credited me back.
