Bans with no evidence or reason

In their new online game Atlantica online. Ndoors bans real players for false reasons and on the accusations of other players. They are generally banned without any sort of investigation or evidence whatsoever. They are extremely poor about following up real players asking why they were banned, and reinstating accounts. As this is a game where one buys items with real money, this should cause understandable caution.

I would recommend never purchasing anything from this game in particular. I and a few others I know were recently accused of macro abuse. Nothing was done, and we are out money, and can no longer play. We did absolutely nothing wrong. Nothing against TOS, and were banned, and with the effort and money we spent on the game this is basically a slap in the face.

Avoid doing business with this company.
