Ivalue Host removed funds from my paypal account twice annually after I had cancelled my account. The first time they refunded my money after a lot of hassle - this year I have sent several emails getting different responses and finally being told that I needed to send them proof that I cancelled my account. I had never recieved a confirmation of cancellation from them as I cancelled it over the phone. Luckily I had a reciept from the previous years refund to paypal in which Ivalue Host clearly states "member cancelled account" in the reason for refund. I sent this along to them and have never been responded to since. I have sent follow up emails but I'm done now. Ivalue Host is probably some basement operation with negligent staff and an unprofessional attitute.in short they are thieves.
