Imagination Web Design Took my $3000 9 mo ago and STILL NO WEB PAGE. Won't reply to emails or phone calls. Las Angeles California

I paid $3000 for webdesign services, logo creation, business cards, etc. From this company that had come highly recommended. I paid extra to get this done in 1 month. I have had nothing but problems with them from the beginning. They dragged it on and on, and I was forced to design the page myself! It is going on 9 months and they have not done anything in about 3 months despite my multiple attempts to email and contact them via phone. They won't answer customer service number, and when you do get someone on their sales number, they claim they will call you back and never do. I highly recommend you avoid this company at all costs as they will STEAL YOUR MONEY and not give you what you've paid for.
