I am putting together a class action law suit against cricket. I purchased the wirle less internet service over the phone and they messed my order up but I caught it while I was still on the phone with the person I placed the order with and she said it was to late to fix my order and said that if I called customer service they would straighten it out for me. I called customer service and they said they coudn't fix the problem so I called back and spoke to a supervisor in sales and he stated for me to email customer service to have a paper trail wel I siad i just wanted my order that I just place canceled and he stated thta he couldn't cancel but he advised me to refuse the package when it comes.
Well I could have just called my bank and put a stop payment on the acount but i thought I will be pateint and due as he had advised me. Well they got there merchandise back that I never even saw and then told me it would take thirty days for a refund but that they would charge me an activation fee. So tell me how due u charge some one an activation fee for a service they never had i am suing crisket i don't care how much it cost me i am tired of corporations getting over on litle people i due know people in the media i am also contacting and will get a story in the media about crisket on un ethical buisness tactics! As well as taking my law siut as far as i have to!!!
