Bridgemax Communications
They overcharged me for their services rendered

For over six months Bridgemax Communications has been charging me for services that I have never received. I recently learned that Bridgemax Communications charges everyone in my area about $22 a month for 1 Meg of DSL (My actual delivery speed has been less than 256 kbps - about 25% of what I have been paying for.) I recently discovered that I have been paying nearly $35 per month rather than the $22 per month that everyone else pays and I have been getting less than 25% of the “service.†When I notified the technical department and the billing department. I have dealt with rampant ineptitude, with a single exception. He is a technical manager who tried to resolve my issues, but clearly failed. Ironically, he will undoubtedly be the individual I will involve to bring small claims suit before a judge.

Additionally, because of the slow speed I have been receiving from Bridgemax Communications, my VOIP has never worked even remotely reliably. I have independent testimony to that fact. When called to their attention, Bridgemax Communications (previously Teton Wireless) has either passed the buck after "giving me their word, " or said they would get back with me and never did and I end up relegated to incessant calling and waiting in the company’s phone cue when they should be bending over to assuage my legitimate concerns. Finally, they have the insulting audacity to offer me a $75 credit on my account to allay my displeasure, inconvenience and insults by and from the company.

Word of mouth is a powerful tool. It is my desire to inform all consumers in SE Idaho as to my experience with, and to avoid, Bridgemax Communications unless you have NO alternative. Today I am switching to KEYON. I have seen their speed and service in action and encourage others in SE Idaho to do the same.
