Charging me for internet service on my phone bill that someone else set up using my phone numbe

I got billed on my phone bill as a Third Party Charge for internet service that someone I have never even heard of that lives in a different city set up using my phone number. All I keep getting told is that they verified it as best they could and that they will give me credit, so they say, but it will take 3 months.
