I purchased their "FloorPlan 3D" CAD program. Upon trying to install it, a window poped up indicatiing that I had "0" days left to register it with them. You are presented with 3 registration choices: 2 via the Internet and 1 via telephone. Neither of the Internet links work and no one answers the telephone number that is listed. Without a registration number to enter during installation, you canot open the program. I went to the Cosmi website and filled out their request for customer support form.
A day later I received an email from them stating that I would be contacted by Customer Support within 24 to 72 hours. Well, you guessed it. I never received any contact from them. I tried numerous emails to "[email protected]" requesting help, but no response.in two emails I indicated that I would contact the President of their company, Mr. Ed Lanchantin, if they didn't respond. No response to those emails either.
Don't waste your money on their products. Now I know why they are so cheap!!!
