After the last games manager upgrade, back in December Jewel Quest 2 and Cradle of Persia, will not play. I have sent some 20 tickets and have uninstalled and re installed both games so many times. All the so called solutions I was given were all in the Knowledge base and I had already tried them. I sent a file copy as requested and supplied my phone number as requested and both were ignored. There is no way of contacting iwin as they don't supply e-mail or phone numbers! Surprise surprise! They only want our money, not give us satisfaction. So I still can only play the trial with adverts every few seconds on games I have paid for, I am a very unhappy English Pensioner. Buyer Beware!
