Iwin.com I paid to play a game and paid $19.95. I lost my password and when they sent me a new one, it never works. This has gone on for about a week

I purchased a game from iwin. It is called family feud. I paid w my credit card in amount of $19.95 about a week ago. They keep saying i have the wrong password and send me another and they never work. Please help me, they wont.
