For the fist time in years, I had to replace a machine on short order. TD had a nice simple inexpensive kit that I could use to get some work done on and it would make an acceptable machine.
Never had a problem with them, until now.
Got the kit (yay) after having to fight with them because it didn't ship on time. Ok, put it together only to find a bad RAM chip, ok replaced. Come ot find out the Motherboard was bad, ok replaced that. But upon trying to turn it on, I couldn't so I checked everything found a pin missing from the processor, 3 strikes... Neer had this much trouble assembling a machien before. Ok fine, let them knwo I was not happy. They claim to AMD that the will replace the processor, to me they say send it all back and when they "process the return" I may get most of my money back still leaving me without a working computer (this laptop barely functions) and still behind on a deadline.
All I want is a processor that works, a machien that works and no more hassle, they send me the processor I willgo away silently and never talk to them again.
Seems they don't care about the consumers, just the dollar.
