I purchased an AMD procedssor and fan from this company and it tested bad when I recieved it. I sent it back 15 days after I recieved it and they claimed it was not longer under warranty because their warranty begin with the day the order was placed.
I recieved the product almost two weeks after I ordered it. They finally issued an RMA and then claimed there was nothing wrong with processor. They wanted to charge me $15 to send the bad processor back to me.
I refussed to take back the old processor and threatened to write a report such as this. They finally agreed to send a new processor. I made the mistake of trusting them. Two weeks after selling the machine with the new processor in, I gat a panic call from customer.
When I checked the system and then the processor, I discovered they had sent the bad processor back under the pretense of it being a new one. Don't trust them and don't believe their customer service promises.
