On viewing my bank statement on-line I noticed a -$34.84 transaction with the description reading "Purchase 90630202027493244262101 on 02/02 at Adipose RX 8004301529". The bank date for this transaction was 02/03/09.
No such purchase was made so I notified the bank to file a claim and they will reinburse the amount.in addition there was a seperate 'International Transaction Fee' of -$1.05 tacked on to it by the Bank. Had canceled my debit card on 02/03/09 due to another unauthorized series of withdrawals (eauction 1-800-497-4988) but not soon enough to stop this.
