This company sold me some supposed very expensive consumer credit leads. They salesman lied and told me he was going to send this data at a very reasonable price. I agreed signed the contracts and took delivery of the leads.
When I got the leads, they were very basic consumer model data. The leads had no phone numbers, and had no other credit information of any kind that we use to pre-screen our customers.
I contacted the company immediatly (within 10 minutes) of delivery and complained. They insisted they were only a sales office and they gave me another number. I then called that number and spoke with someone who again couldn't do anything for me except call the salesman (kinda nice circle to keep from refunding money). I went ahead and let them know about everything that had happened, they told me they would make sure the employee was reprimanded etc.
It has since been weeks and I have heard nothing from the comnpany, they refuse to send me any money back, and refuse to even acknowledge that they did anything wrong of any sort. I have tried to speak to as many different managers, supervisors or anyone at this company to try and get this resolved and I have gotten nowhere.
They sent me data that was misrepresented, and never offered to replace, or refund even part of my money. Stay away from this company!
