The item that was described on the disk was not usable. I was supposed to get over 6.8 Million US
Business Email List on Sale: $599.99, for every 1000 I send out i get 700 rejected email address. (either invalid, closed, not the right person etc.) it appears that the list is bogus.
They claim that Our Data is continuously being updated on a weekly basis. Databases of this magnitude are never perfect. It is not uncommon to have 85-95% accuracy on these lists. Consumer Data changes much more frequently than Business data. It Is always a good Idea to NCOA a list every 3-6 Months when marketing via Direct
mail.
There are many duplicates, also many emails for one particular company. Phone numbers and fax numbers are transposed to see like there is more than the actual information & duplicated within various categories.
I am not happy with the software, called number of times and they tried to sell me something else.
Information received via a disk is not valid. The disk is full or wrong or outdated data, invalid contacts, phone, fax, email information. I wasted many days trying to gather information, which turned out to be a waste of time.
Because of the bad information, I had problems with my email provider and several other ISP's
I forwarted my findings to the Sales Mgr. Andy, and he refused to come to an agreement regarding either a refund or a updated replacement disk.
