I am a loan officer specializing in reverse mortgages. I purchased 2,500 leads from Jen Ewolski for $275 on 11/5/08. I specified in the order the criteria of the leads I wanted. I was assured that the leads would be current data provided by the credit bureaus. She sent me the leads and I cross checked the data with a public records website.
The leads contained old and incorrect data which was useless to me. I complained and she agreed to investigate my complaint and subsequently agreed to provide new data. She insisted that the credit bureau gave her bad data and she had no control over it. Several weeks went by with dozens of emails asking where the new data was.
Finally, she emailed me a new Excel spreadsheet with the new leads. I checked the data and it turned out to be the old data that she had rearranged in a different format hoping that I would not notice. I demanded my money back and she agreed that she would issue a refund on my credit card. The credit never appeared on my account and she claimed that it was the processors fault. Then she agreed to mail me a check which I never received.
Finally, she said she would overnight a check to me. That never happenned either. I have filed a complaint with my credit card bank and they are investigating. I have all of her emails promising me a refund so I should prevail. She is running a scam with her company so beware of any dealings with her.
