Voodoo Creations.com CPU-NET.com ripoff artists dishonest & fraudulent stealing credit card #'s Beware of this sight

Dear Folks,

When recently viewing ISP services & contemplating signing up for the "VoodooCreations/CPU-NET.com" ISP service and before I realized what had happened, the page I was viewing closed & grabbed my account info and charged me (sat. Night late)

I then immediately phoned in to their "so-called" 24 hour service and I was promptly told that they could not help & to call in Mon. Morning, which I did, to no avail. (Also called in Sun, Mon & Tues. No one was manning phones)

In the meantime, we took a closer look at their service and found that THEY DO NOT HAVE 24/7 CUSTOMER CARE SUPPORT.

We could not use the service, don't want it, never have and never will.

They were asked to remove the charges immediately, yet they refused to comply, and this fact shows that they are not a customer oriented company, and they very nearly if in fact actually have, misrepresented their services.

You should beware their sign on page, as I DID NOT AUTHORIZE THEM TO CHARGE MY ACCOUNT, and I respectfully requested CPU-NET to remove all charges at once, yet they refused to do so and sent me insulting e-mails (see below!) and told me NOT to contact them!

The following is a copy of a reply from voodoocreations.com:

Dear Sir,

You are a very RUDE person and we do not wish to receive any
further communication from you.
Your Credit "pal" has been issued already on the 3/12 of this Month.

The credit has not been issued and my answer back to this customer service tech was the following:

Dear Voodoo.net
(co% TP: your "friendly customer & Tech service rep)

I'm sorrry you feel that way, do you tell all your "potential customers" not to contact you?

Certainly you need to remember that we are the customers, and you my friend, are what? Running a ISP on=line business?

Do you plan to bring in business this way?

You know TP, word of mouth, is supposedly, the best form of advertising, and I am sure you well know by now, it can also be the worst for people like you!

Listen buddy, we're gonna let as many people know as we can, (by showing your e-mail's) that you do not wish to receive any further communications from "potential customers"'
