Ripoff fraud business

I paid $450.00 for training for a manager position and passed all their tests, but no contact afterward.
I try to call them but all there phone is disconnected, finally I got contact with Sean he toll me that receivercorporation is in legal situation with Computer Associates and can't not gave refund until legal final.
Bunch of BS.
