You must do your due dilligence before getting involved with this company. Go to the library check out FREE information about becoming a home based recruiter.
The internet has many sites that let you split jobs etc... There are thousands of experienced recruiters and they have blogs and newsletters check out ERA.com it has up to date information about the field of recruiting.
Get the information you need to make an informed decision.
Get on a recruitingblog (ERA.com has links) and ask other recruiters about this company, do alittle networking and you will get the real truth for yourself.
The secrets revealed by this system are free if you just do alittle homework. Don't believe for a minute that they are closing the number of recruiters they are signing up. Get informed ask the tough questions and the "Beat around the Bush" answers you will get should hoist up a red flag for you.
