I've been with this company for a couple weeks. They seem to evade deep questions. I decided to give the program a try. A major decision factor was that they were looking for only about 50 people. Well it seems they're hiring on a continuous basis. $300 x 100 fresh recruits=$30,000 a week to split between the 3-5 guys that run it. They make a big deal about new recruits who supposedly in their first week got 23 phone interviews for potential candidates for a job position with company ABC. What about all the other companies we've been recruiting for? We have'nt heard of any interviews being set up yet in over two weeks with the other companies were recruiting for. I've seen six job orders in two weeks. Part of the reason is the guy who looks at and proofs the resumes to see if their best candidates happens to be out this week and their backed up.By the way, company ABC was a company you had to pay $25.00 per listing for on craigslist for that particular city. You ask how many positions is company ABC hiring for and they simply say "alot". What does that mean? 3,5 or 25. Bigrecruitingpro.com claims that they only have 120 or so "active members". Five recruits work on one job order hiring in one city. You'll see the same ad for the same position listed consecutively 3-5 times one right after another on craigslist. Also read the money back guarantee carefully. Nobody will get there money back until you try the program for at least 180 days. This program might work for a few of the undeterminable number of "active members". NOt really sure if this is a scam, but very suspicious. Appearantly they're so busy they dont answer and return my calls as quickly as they did before I became a recruit and the first day or two after I became a recruit.
