I am glad that someone has actually had luck reaching this organization along with success in helping them!
I have tried to publish Independent Artice based news on Vacation Locations that I have visited or lived in the past 15 years and they would NOW allow them to be published due to the fact they said I was too Marketing or some how against 'submission' guidelines.
After trying to get ahold of someone within their organization for six months, I made my purpose to see if they would ever answer to anyone at all ever!
I searched their article community to find some similiar articles to prove they do it based upon the authors amount of published articles. Etc.
But... What I found was worst!
An example of an article written over a 1.5years ago I sent this email to them:
"This article is written against AC's submission guidelines.
I understand it is written about a persons experience... But it segregates an 'Specific' Company out and defames them non-equally to the others they have 'done business' with!
Why don't you have the article in question 'removed' and request that the 'author' writes about 100% ALL of the Companies she has done business with and NOT just that one individual one... She Specifically mentions she has done business with 'multiple' Companies with that industry.
Be interesting to see how many Companies she has actually done business with along with which ones did she get involve with prior to this Seabreeze Advertising Corp. Then you will see how defaming she really is!
So there is an possible offer to your firm...
1. Remove the article.
2. Request that the author REMOVE "scam from title'
3. Request that if author would like article to be posted, she MUST include "personal bad experience" from the other Companies she mentions within the article to be allowed to be posted.
I believe the above mentioned items would be the best course of action to be fair and true not only to your own submission guidelines but also to the community.
—Case in point... You don't allow someone to defame an article... But you will allow an author to defame and segregate out a Company?"

Associated Content basically told me that they would NOt remove an article that specifically Marketed at one point, defamed, and secluded a single travel company out of multiple companies the author had doen business with!
Seemed a little surprising.
So... I pressed some more.
—EMAIL BODY—
The email from 'noreply' with no one reviewers name upon it. States the following "We cannot publish content specifically calling out another individual"
Please... Where is that in the "Submission Guidelines" again?
State it clearly whereas how it reads directly to me in the submission guidelines... Please.

They NEVER replied with the guideline item #!
However, it was easy to see that the author in question was going against submission guidelines presented upon their site!
I WOULD never use Associated Content or recommend utilizing their pay system. They do not seem to be on the same page as anyone within the system and Only in it for the $ at the end. Very bias and unwilling to communicated.
In the midst of me questioning their submission guidelines, they stated after this email they found the matter closed and I submitted another email and they NEVER responded back to as of yet!
That was almost 2 weeks ago.
It just makes me concerned and question why their are submission guidelines at all period. As well as why AC would not seriously look at an older article written and say. Hmm. That does seem a little defaming and not positive... Well the author might wanna adjust it some. So lets take it down while the author makes some adjustments if she chooses to even do so.
