AOL Product Central
On 1/23/09 there is a charge to my bank account in the amount of $24.36 that I did not authorize. When I called Aol about this they would only give me the e-mail address but not a phone number that I could call

On 1/23/09 I pulled up my bank account and noticed a charge for $23.36 and all it said was AOL Product Central 2024461888 DC.

I immediately called AOL and tell them the situation and she asked me if their was a phone number listed, I told her there was not a 800 number that I could call.

She told me to go to AOLproductcentral. Aol.com/customer service and go to my account.

I have done this but have not had a response yet.

I'm on Social Security and cannot afford to have money taken from me without my consent. This is the 2nd time AOL has done this to me.
