When I got this months bank statement there was charge for 19.95 for Elle, I called the bank and there was another charge for the same amount on July 3. I called the number listed 1-888-293-4018 to see why they had taken money out of my account, which was not authorized by me. They gave me some story about E cigarettes and told me it would take 10 days to resolve. I never ordered anything they would give me no more information. They say they are are. Re wards program, I have no clue how they got my bank information. Can you help me retrieve my money, I live on social security and my only alternative is to cancel my account with the bank that I have been with 30 years and start over.
