Dell sells a computer model advertised as a Pentium 4 Processer Dimension 3250 but they send a Celeron-advertised in a different sales catlog under the same model number. I did not want a Celeron-I had one before and they are slow and inefficient.
Dell refuses to give me the computer as it was advertised in the sales catlog; I can provide a copy of the sale catalog to support my claim.
My first emailwas answered with a trite "you are past your "thirty day return time allotment." The computer was a Christmas gift: I didn't get it when they shipped it!
Nonetheless, they should not advertise with the intent to deceive. I csn only say the service I received from Gateway for the past five years was much better and I will return to Gateway. This was my first and last experience with Dell. I will be sending my complaints to the Attorney General of Ohio.
