I kept getting a recording when I'd call foe assistance. Money back date expired

Ascentve program does not work. Phone help line, the only thing I got was a recording... My screen is plauged by pop ups that I cannot get rid of. I had to take my computer to a repair shop to get rid of all the junk this program blessed me with. Very-very unhappy about this product
