Giorgio Palmisano has refused to pay the last installment of my invoice. Upon completion of my services, I was sent the first half of my invoice payment. After that payment, I requested the next installment within 2 weeks but no date was confirmed. He explained that he could not pay the rest, but would settle for half of what he owed me. Upon my refusal to settle, he explained he would not be paying me last half of my invoice. I am still owed $1200 for services rendered.
