We receievd an invoice for telephone services for $425. When I called I was on hold for quite some time. Fianlly someone answered then his phoen line kept cutting in and out. He tried to sell me his services. I replied why am I getting an invoice for services we did not order. He replied that it was not an invoice. Clearly it was. I bet they were hoping some bookkeeper would over look the invoice and just pay it.
