I have read 2 rip off reports for the above mentioned - one Mike Filsaime. To my surprise there were also rebuttals supposedly directly from Mike himself. I am writing this to anyone who is new to internet marketing and has the pressing need for more money and is drawn into Mike Filsaime's easy going, honest nature with what I read (or mis-read) as integrity.
Failing to delve into research as deeply as this report (accepting his soft spoken, well mannered nature) I was excited about purchasing this software. As can be expected, they were very busy when trying to access the login details as the email address from my paypal account had technical issues and were not redirecting emails to me (all the information was in the email that I never got).
So a week on, frantically trying to contact Mike Filsaimes office (as the money had been paid), lodging numerous help tickets, phone calls (all costing money of course), I managed to get hold of someone finally through a JV partner of his in Integration marketing - Mark Joyners office which is in NZL and closer to Australia than the USA. They are much more co-operative over email (I had to get a refund from them as that program was free from Mikes purchase) and I managed to finally get into it.
Being a newbie (Attn: Don't buy into IM software unless you have experience in this industry or a good reliable mentor) I didnt know what the hell was going on. I had to read for hours and hours before I finally knew a few basics and how to use this the software. (It is never as easy as they make it out to be in the sales pitch - emotional marketing is EVIL and what goes around comes around - selling something you make us believe we need and we can also do it like you!)
Anyway, I have been through some really tough days of recent times, and emailed Mikes office to try and cancel my subscription and possibly get a pro-rata refund seeing as I had never used his software and shouldn't have to pay for the bi-annual fee (getting worried as that time is coming up and from the other reports, they will most likely charge my CC). Well, here it is - the hours on the phone in the middle of the night (we are on the other side of the world), no one responding to my emails apart from "Hello, you may contact our office and ask them 1-888-368-0266" at which point I get diverted to all other areas, call back, get put on hold for 40 mins so I hang up and ring again. This is some BS and like the last guy, I have had enough.
My final words, and what will most likely happen in 90% of cases that go through his office!!!

Keep my money as it is the last time I will purchase ANYTHING from you and I hope this post will save many others from making the same costly mistake. If you did right by me, I would have come back time and time again and been happy to pay the bi annual fee and spread the word of positivity about you. You have lost someone that previously respected you as a businessman, now I see you as that guy with the dollar signs in his eyes - and it doesnt matter where it is coming from or who is affected by it or how.
Oh and whatever you have to say in a rebuttal, SAVE IT - Email me, just like you say. Go through your emails sent on one of the days you were on vacation (man, I wish life was that good for everyone) and not the huge gap of those trying to make a better life through using your sales tactics of psychological manipulation to the average human being. Enjoy it while others who's money you are spending lose their houses, wife and other things of value in life! No skin off your nose right?
