Three days ago I purchased the Trafficfusion/Hyperjava product online from Mike Filsaime.com. I received no confirmation/welcome email with login information, hence have not been able to access product.
After numerous failed attempts to locate any sort of customer support much to my dismay all I could find was the helpdesk @ Mike Filsaime.com. (which hasn't been much help at all). I received a message from them with a link to go to to reset password using my paypal email address. After entering that & hitting the reset password button it states that a temporary password has been sent to my email address.
Needless to say this hasn't happened (after several attempts). I have gone back to the helpdesk to request a refund of my $1497... Still no response!!! UNBELIEVABLE that such a large organization should have such a painfully inadequate customer service department. Nowhere on the internet could a find a telephone number for anything relating to Mike Filsaime. It appears my only recourse at this juncture will be through paypal. Of course I will be blasting Mike Filsaime on the internet at every available opportunity.
