RealSecureID. I noticed two charges on my credit card, one for 29.95 and one one for 28.95. When I called to ask about the charges the person stated they had an IP address they could give me to confirm that I actually signed up with them. They could not tell me the account number, my membership number or any other details about me.
The CUSTOMER SUPPORT person, if you could call them that, insisted that there services were worth the money. On three occasions I asked they stop trying to sell me on there services and all I wanted to do is CANCEL. They were rude beyond belief.
Also I had to call four times before I could get someone that could call up my account. There computers were down for hours.
