Will not honor the warentee

I baught an extened warentee in 2006 for my media center kept trying to get service for it now they are telling me that they sold me that contract in error and will not honor it i am taking them to small claims court. The just called me up and offered me a new computer with vista on it and told me that my other ecquipment will probaly not work with vista and neither will my software. All the case managers are a joke with no power to do anything but lie to you. Now i am speaking to some woman in cooperate who probaly taught the case workers to lie. I will see them in court
