I too was ripped off. No one here accessed this company.
I have already retained the services of a lawyer and am in the process of filing letters not only to Alyon.net or should we say "They're Lyin.net" but also to law enforcement agencies and politicians.
#1—I did not agree to their terms, therefore any action I take concerning this account CAN be filed in a court in MY homestate. Again I did not agree with their terms, so the ball is in my court. I am not however providing legal advise, you'll have to do that leg work on your own.
#2 These people are providing pornography to minors. They know it and they solicite the email accounts of children. They are more than the billing company. They are putting the program on your computer that provides the gateway to their filth.
#3 They infected my computer with their virus and I've had a terrible time trying to clean it up. God only knows what kind of personal information they have stolen. Check your bank balances, SS info, credit card accounts, etc. You can inform the three national credit agencies that you are suspect that identity theft has occurred or is in the process of occurring.
#4 Write your letters and make your contacts. Use your clout and your contacts to rid the nation of these (censored) and enemies of our great nation. How about a one way ticket to the mid east for these germs.
#4 Consider filing your own law suit to reclaim your expenses involved in fighting this outfit. Small claims court can usually be accessed without alot of expense on your part.
# 5 Do not send them any money. DO NOT send a copy of your childs birth certificate. Who knows where that might end up.
#6—Please post any follow ups so the rest of us who are beginning this experience can benefit from your experiences.
#7 BUY AN INTERNET SECURITY PROGRAM—You would be amazed at the effort made by others to gather your personal information.
Keep us informed and please follow through. Don't let them get away with this. Imagine how many people just go ahead and pay the bill. Imagine how many children have lost their innocense to these people. I wonder how anyone that works for this company can face their own children and families at the end of the day.
