I recieved a bill from Alyon Technologies, and so did my brother in law. We live at 2 different addresses in the same apt com plex. It took me 3 weeks to finally get a hold of someone. When i did all i got was excuses and lies
I have written them this emailas a follow up
Good afternnoon, i have tried contacting you for 3 weeks now, and have left message after message I finally got hold of a service rep, and I was horrified at the LIES.
I explained to the rep that there was a POP to down load your software and i said NO, and it kept coming up 3 or 4 times and each tiem I said NO. And it did it anyway, as soon as I realized you were on my computer, i closed the window and removed your program from my computer. Your rep told me that there was NO POP UP ever. This is a LIE
I recently saw an expose on dateline or 60 minutes about this exact (censored), your rep said it wasnt a (censored), yet i find website after website about it being a (censored) for example
complaint: ALYON TECHNOLOGIES (censored) rip-off Norcross... And complaint: Alyon Technologies, Telcollect, EGroup Aka... And complaint: Alyon Technologies Alyon spams you and downloads and Alyon Technologies Inc. Received bill for $498.78 Internet
These are to name but just a few and how do you explain this

Alyon Technologies, Inc. DENIES their Dialerware download is Malicious Software in spite of the fact it changes CRITICAL Microsoft settings without the computer owner's approval.
Alyon Technologies, Inc. Has violated COPA (Children's Online Protection Act) by allowing ANYONE to prompt their download with an ACCEPT button.
Electronic Group: Be EXTREMELY careful viewing pages made by these people: many of their pages exploit IE security holes (particularly the Content-Disposition zero-byte-in-extension bug) to insert their certificates into your Trusted Publishers list, allowing THEM TO INSTALL THEIR PROGRAMS AUTOMATICALLY.

Isn't it odd that it just so happens that too people who live in the same apt complex and are related, just so happened to be charged by your company???
We will be filing complaints with the FCC, as well as the FBI and the federal trade commision
