This store called Superior Electronics has nothing superior about it!!! I usually do not shop at this overpriced store but I was is desperate need of a motherboard and I did not want to drive an hour and a half away to the nearest fry's. So I thought I would give them my business and buy a motherboard from them. I went in bought it.
I brought it home and opened the box and it was obviousl used. The manual was bent and torn. The foam piece that is with the packaging of the motherboard was ripped and none of the hardware was in the packaging. There was an internal speaker cable that goes to someones computer case in the box. The ribbon cable was distorted and used! This is crazy and to top it off they sold this to me as a brand new product.
By this point I was upset, but I was even more enraged by the fact when I put it in the computer it was broken!!! Now it is saturday night, and they do not open till monday so they have left me very angry and without a working motherboard! Next time I will definitly drive that hour and half to get quality service!!!
