I was looking for old friends and came across this site. Paid my money, no-one existed not even me. I was very new to this type of sight so I thought I had to purchase extra credits which I did.
My account was never credited with these 100 extra credits, not only could you not get a normal reply which actually referred to questions asked in emails I've been trying since Sept, 08 to get a refund for the credits purchased.
All I keep getting told is that because I'm outside my 60 days refund limit so my membership can't be refunded. I've tried to explain that it's not the membership I want cancelled or refunded (thought I'd leave that until my other refund is done, so as not to confuse them) ha that didn't work.
As per their request I've produced the original email dated 3 days after the transaction but I just keep getting the same automated response, has a different persons name signing off though.
A few times the email has asked that I send the details on who I'm looking for to them and they would look for me as their system is more advanced.
Going by their promises on the website I shouldn't need to do that as I should have access to a heap more than I do.
I also went back to clickbank who I made the purchase through and they also said if I produced the original email they would look into it. So I did that and they sent back an automated reply saying it's been passed on to the publisher.
I've asked for a fax number so I could fax copies of all correspondence through to make it easier to understand but they are yet to offer one.
I have no intentions of letting them off, eventually I'll find a way to get my money refunded.
