I bought onlinepublicrecords search.com, i paid $45.51. I could not access any australian records with this site, i emailed them to ask for a refund on that site. They emailed me back to say they will find the person i was looking for. I didnot want them to search for me as i am doing my family tree and need to look up many different names. Havent received any for emails from them concerning that site.
I then paid $22.34 for the australian record site, i cannot use that site because my email address is the same as the onlinepublic records search.com. I cannot use either site so i emailed them and asked for a refund for both sites. I have sent 7 emails and have had no response from them. I have been ripoff for$67.85.
If they give me my refund for the first site i can then use my email address for the second site.
Please help me to get my refunds back.
