I placed an order with Petswarehouse.com on 2/18/03 and received an e-mail confirmation on 2/19/03 stating it will be sent. Today is March 3rd and I called wondering where my order was.
I was told it had not been shipped yet! WHAT? Why didn't I receive a follow-up? Also, I was told by the person answering the telephone that I had to wait, up to 48-hrs before someone called me back about the status of my order!
I then stated I wanted to CANCEL my order. Again, I was told someone would have to call me back, within 48-hours because there were other customers wanting to know where their item was!
This is poor customer service and this business should have notified me long before I called them.
Buyer Beware.
