This company offers "free" trial. Then bills your credit card without further notice and continues year after year without notice. When you catch them and cancel they do not offer a refund. Many have written that the renewal "reminder" was not sent but the renewal was processed anyway. The company is well aware of their unethical practice and continues unabated. Any business that recognizes a problem and continues with disdain knows exactly what it is doing. This is defacto intent to defraud.
