Nearly to 2 weeks awaiting reward for dsl modem. After i requested the assistance i had been offered a prize for this modem. Following the first statement i named att incentive center and was told they hadnot any information regarding my benefits so that they "set" a to obtain a reward for me personally. Three weeks later i named them again - no details about any returns for my account!? So that they "set" it again. Fourteen days next called the third-time... You know what? No info!!!
