I participated in subscribing to several free trials in order to qualify for a free Nintendo DS. After completing the requirements I was informed that I had qualified and was told to send a voucher containing my authorization code to the companies address. After waiting several weeks and attempting to contact incentive reward center I have failed to reach anyone.
