I singed up for Verizon Fios against my better reasoning after switching off my house telephone since the price was never what i singed up for. After 8 years of support using the same telephone number, these were the only real supplier in the region i live. I singed up May 24th/08 and went put 9/22/08 after I dropped my charge card and had another delivered to me in about 12 times i named them-and they stated not a problem i paid the statement of 48.68 along with a week later I'd another cost to my card from their store for 108.00 when you contact them you better prepare yourself to become on-hold for 30minutes to an hour. They explained they bill 2 weeks ahead of time anything i didnt do in May therefore it was information in my experience therefore I paid it after which last month they struck my card for another 55.68 prior to the deadline and returned 3 inspections for me personally simply to inform me they werent responceable for facility fees. So i set it using the lender plus they are supose hitting my charge card about the 21st of each month with no cost removed for dec However i obtain a statement today stating I've an overall total due of 108.36 by 1/21/08 or I'll reduce my support. Well I want support for my pc but i dont require it after I the customer am investing an hour or so about the telephone to try and encourage them to repair the issues, and so I will soon be throwing there excellent Fios service after haveing 3 different costs billed in my experience the first perform up was 29.95 per month they didnt have that strategy anymore although I had been on the year agreement, then 44.95 per month and today its 54.99 per month and that I needed to begin my contract over in october. I am completed with there shi-ty customer support As well as the lies out of this company. To anybody who's considering likely to verizon best of luck!
