Our criticism with Verizon, withwhom I've been a person going back 12 years. This past year I slipped their telephone support in support of VoIP. I held the FiOS web and Television providers. Because falling the telephone support, I've been not able to spend online.
I've reported each month since October 07 (it's today end-of April 08) that I really couldnot spend online. Our bil turns up online. I get emails pointing me towards the site but I can't pay. Each time I protest, I'm focused toward the e-middle.
The e-middle telephone is never responded and that I am on-hold for atleast half an hour before I quit. I usually wind up spending by telephone which costs $3.50 per period. I tried likely to the stores to pay for. Easily don't possess a Verizon phone number, I can't spend in the phone shop, easily do not have a Verizon mobile phone, I can't spend in the cell phone shop. It is like all of those stores will vary organizations and nothing related to verizon whatsoever. FiOS can be another team.
I've sent emails and not obtain a response.
Who one protest to, to obtain motion within Verizon. I let them know I do want to advance the problem to administration but I'm usually aimed towards the challenging e-middle. Does it occur, or could it be Verizons method of placing you on-hold before you are therefore discouraged that you simply hang-up.
How do you get titles and figures or mail details that I will protest to. The service centre isn't the clear answer, I want anyone to PROTEST to.
Does anybody have any suggestions, may anybody assist or is that this yet another disappointment store???
