This business not refunded $208.86 that I paid for a T.V. Part that was ordered on July 8

I ordered a replacement bulb for my t.V. On July 8 08.
On July 23 08 the part was still not in, so I told them to cancel the order and refund my payment. I have been in contact with them on several ocasion by email and by phone (which is no longer available). And all I have gotten from is a run around from dept. To dept.
As of today December 23 I am still Trying to get mt $208.86 back from them, and still getting the runaround (now I have to go on line and talk to them to try to get my refund)
Avoid this business like the plage!
