The steps to success are NOT a scam and I believe worth every dollar (but we will see how much success comes out of this after I have applied the process) however, on his page he promises customer support. I find it interesting that when you go to the website, there is no privacy policy listed or FAQ... You have to google it specifically to come up.
On the FAQ section (that is hidden from the main page) it says that 24/7 support by phone or e-mail is included in the "members only area" There is no members only area! After your order is completed, you get the e-book and all of the bonuses that are listed on his page but there is no contact information as promised. I have tried to e-mail John back but have not received a response.
For someone who is trying to jump start their business like he hopes his customers will do, this is really frustrating as a newbie has questions and there is NO support. I also find it intriguing that when you google this program various websites come up with the same format, sometimes the same words, and identical top three affiliate reviews.
All of these reviews give the customer service 5 stars... Which makes me wonder if he has set up all of these sites himself with different pictures and names to only show positive feedback of his site. I looked on every page listed on google under this companies name and couldn't find ONE negative review.
To me, its starting to seem like an illusion to steer customers to his site. I'm extremely irritated with this company thus far, when I had high hopes of its legitimacy. I regret not going with my gut feeling and sticking with the Wealthy Affiliate program where support is guaranteed. I also spent $200 on his DVDs because I was so optimistic about this company.
Also, why has one of his videos on his site been removed from you tube due to violation?! I'm a student who has an extreme amount of debt and I thought I found my way out of the hole when now I'm just dug further into debt... Thanks John! Whoever is reading this, go to a website that assures customer service such as the Wealthy Affiliate program. Bummed out.
